A limited number of rooms at a discounted symposium rate have been arranged at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge . These rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the deadline. Early registrations are strongly encouraged. MIT Conference Services does not handle individual reservations. Changes and/or cancellations to hotel reservations should be made with the hotel directly. Visa and Letters of Invitation

Conference attendees who reside outside the United States may need to apply for a VISA at the American Embassy, consulate, or other visa-issuing office in their country of origin. Please begin your VISA application process as soon as possible, as applications may take several months to process. For information about obtaining a visa, visit the U.S. Department of State’s website. Many VISA issuing offices require that you present a letter of invitation to the conference, proof of conference registration, an airline ticket confirmation, along with your visa application.
